FEI provides access to the Standard & Poor Global Market Intelligence Capital IQ database to CMC students on computers in the FEI Lab (Bauer Center 3rd floor) and computer labs across campus (Poppa, Ryal, South) marked as having Capital IQ access. (Log in credentials should be on the computer.) Though access is restricted to Lab use, students can utilize the platform to pull data and conduct research. Capital IQ also offers a Help Desk function to respond to student queries directly. Look for Capital IQ icons in campus computer labs.

Audit Analytics provides independent research to the investment, accounting, insurance, legal, regulatory and academic communities. They provide detailed research on over 20,000 public companies and more than 1,500 accounting firms. Students can access Audit Analytics through WRDS via the library page and setup a new account.

S&P Capital IQ is the research division of S&P Global, one of the world’s largest providers of ratings, data, research, and the S&P Dow Jones Indices. Every year, S&P Capital IQ collects and analyzes more than 135 billion data points in order to serve as the leading provider of financial services research. The data S&P Capital IQ collects and reports to its users includes company profiles, executive summaries, financial information, and independent analyst reports.

Crunchbase is a platform for finding business information about private and public companies. Designed for advanced users, Crunchbase Pro offers more in-depth search capabilities, market trend analytics, and alerts to track industries, people, companies, and investors. 

Repository of over 35 billion datapoints from over 450 databases sourced from 70 public and private organizations. Searchable by keyword, subject and source. The datasets permit correlation of multiple, diverse indicators, with tools to interpret and visualize the data. Data available from 1948 – present.

Citations, abstracts, and full-text articles from over 750 scholarly and trade economics journals. Index and abstracts from 1886 – present.

Full-text from 1843-2014. Includes full-color images, multiple search indexes, exportable financial tables and a gallery of front covers.

This is the primary database for sociology. Journal articles, dissertations, and conference proceedings, 1974-present.
