The Claremont Bitcoin Club (CBC) is the 5Cs’ hub for exploring Bitcoin, digital assets, and the future of finance. Backed by the Financial Economics Institute (FEI), we bring together students through research pods, publications, speaker events, and hands-on projects focused on the economic, technological, and societal impacts of Bitcoin.
At CBC, we see Bitcoin as more than just technology; it is a movement reshaping global finance, innovation, and freedom. Our mission is to educate, connect, and inspire students across the Claremont Colleges to understand Bitcoin’s role in today’s economy and tomorrow’s world.
Founded in Spring 2025, CBC quickly became one of the fastest-growing university Bitcoin clubs in the country, now with over 100 members across the five Claremont colleges. By fostering collaboration through research, discussions, and cross-campus events, we are building a community where students can learn, debate, and lead in the growing digital asset space.
